Abstract
For the problem of the spindle thermal deformation and the temperature rise, taking 240XDJ24y electric spindle for example, the quantity of heat source and heat transfer coefficient were calculated.First through the estabhshment of spindle finite element model, the physical characteristics of the spindle material and thermal performance parameters were regarded as the random variables with the help of the stochastic finite element method which combined the Monte Carlo method and conventional finite element codes and the ANSYS analysis module of PDS, the random spindle temperature field was calculated, and calculated the rehability of the temperature rising of the spindle, with the application of stress-strength interference theory which lay the good foundation of the spindle random thermal deformation analysis.[Ch,6 fig.2 tab.10 ref.]关键词
