Abstract
Sample pretreatment and analysis were performed according to GB/T 5009.60-2003 Hygienic standard of products polyethylene, polystyrene and polypropyrene for Food Packaing to explore the evaluation way of the uncertainty determination of evaporation residue in products of polypropyrene for food packaing, as well as to establish mathematical models to develop uncertainty evaluation for the determination.Each uncertainty component was calculated by analyzing the source of uncertainty generated during the determination steps.and the result of uncertainty was showed that the relative standard uncertainty was 1.289 mg/L, and the expanded uncertainty was 2.58 mg/L (k = 2).[Ch, 2 tab.16 ref.]关键词
