摘要
Abstract
As the medical model transfers to bio-psycho-social medical model, psychological and social factors are more and more concerned in development, progression, prognosis and treatments of the cardiovascular diseases. Some prospective studies have shown that depression/anxiety may be a risk factor for coronary heart disease;it may accelerate the progression of disease and may also be a risk factor of poor prognosis. However,depression/anxiety-complicated coronary heart disease is rarely recognized by non-psychiatrists, so these patients are not timely subjected to diagnosis and treatment, and may even undergo excessive examination and treatment that further deteriorate patient psychological and economic burden. Identification and intervention of coronary heart disease patients with depression/anxiety as early as possible is yet to be achieved. This paper deals with how to identify coronary heart disease patients with depression/anxiety, and how the common depression/anxiety scales are used and evaluated today.关键词
