摘要
Abstract
Malignancy-associated kidney damage is a common complication of neoplastic disease with characteristic clinical features and pathologic alterations. Pathologic examinations exhibit a wide range of glomerular pathological changes. Solid tumors are usually associated with membranous nephropathy, whereas Hodgkin's lymphomas are associated with minimal pathological changes. Clinic manifestations exhibit diversity and nephrotic syndrome is the most common presentation. Renal lesions could act as the initial manifestation and be manifested clinically before tumor detection. In conclusion, nephrologists and pathologists should be alerted to discriminate malignancy-associated kidney damages,especially in elderly patients.关键词
