Abstract
In orde to analyze the characteristics of invasiveness on suckling mice intestinal tissue by Enterobacter sakazakii strains isolated from Xinjiang,3 to 4 days old ICR suckling mice were inoculated intragastrically with 0. lmL of the toxin cultivation for 4 days and observed for another 3 days. Mice were euthanized with ethylether and the entire intestinal tract were removed for pathological section and microscopic examination after hematoxylin and eosin stain. Pathological changes were apparent in small intestine, ecolon and rectum. The isolates of E. sakazakii in Xinjiang have potential hazard.关键词
