鼻内镜手术联合鼻渊舒口服液治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Biyuanshu oral solution in the treatment of chronic sinusitis after functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS).METHODS: 130 cases with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each group of 65 cases.Both groups received conventional treatment after FESS.Treatment group were additionally treated with Biyuanshu oral solution.Clinical efficacy and symptom of 2 groups were observed.RESULTS: The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.77％ and that of control group was 78.46％, there was significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05); the average time of headache disappearing, nasal ventilation obstruction disappearing, nasal discharge disappearing, dysosmia disappearing of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group, there was significant difference between 2 groups (P＜0.05).CONCLUSION: Biyuanshu oral solution can improve the therapeutic efficacy of FESS in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.关键词
