某院万古霉素临床用药合理性分析

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical use of vancomycin and to evaluate the rationality of it, and to provide the objective reference for the rational use of vancomycin. METHODS: Medical records of 208 inpatients treated with vancomycin in a hospital were collected and analyzed retrospectively. According to Chinese Pharmacopeia (2005 edition), New Edited Pharmacy( 15 ed.) and clinical experience, Drug utilization index (DUI) was used to analyze the rationality of clinical use of vancomycin. RESULTS: Of 208 cases, there were 60 cases of rational use of drugs, accounting for 28.85 ％. There were 82 cases of basic rational use of drugs, accounting for 36.54％. There were 72 cases of irrational use of drugs, accounting for 34.62％. CONCLUSION: The use of vancomycin in the hospital is basically rational while knowledge of indication should be improved. Principle for clinical use of antibacterials must be executed strictly to control indication, reduce empirical drug use, prevent and delay drug resistance strain from spreading, and prolong its service life. Make sure safe, rational and effective use of drugs.关键词
