摘要
Abstract
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is not only closely related to each component of the metabolic syndrome (MetS), but also associated with the performance of the MotS, and the interaction between each other. There is a growing recognition that NAFLD can promote metabolic disorders, and vascular endothelial dysfunction has been concerned in the development of NAFLD, which can increase the incidence of atherosclerosis (AS) and cardiovascular diseases (CVD). NAFLD may be considered as an independent risk factor for AS. However, it is also in controversy that NAFLD can predict the risk of CVD events. Therefore,people pay more and more attention to the vascular endothelial dysfunction in the development of NAFLD. The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of the relationship between NAFLD and vascular endothelial function.关键词
