清开灵注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic efficacy and security of Qingkailing injection in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection (AURI). METHODS: 90 cases of AURI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases of each group. Both groups received conventional treatment. Treatment group were additionally treated with Qingkailing injection. The clinical efficacy, the time of symptoms disappearance and adverse drug reactions were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 91.11％ for treatment group and 75.56％ for control group, clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group (P＜0.05); the time of fever disappearance, runny nose disappearance,headache disappearance, cough disappearance in treatment group were shorter than in control group (P＜0.05); there was no severe adverse drug reaction side in 2 groups. CONCLUSION: Qingkailing injection is obviously effective for acute upper respiratory tract infection with slight adverse drug reaction.关键词
