奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗进展性卒中的疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Combined Therapy of Edaravone and Sodium Ozagrel for Advancing Stroke

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe clinical efficacy of combined therapy of edaravone and sodium ozagrel for advancing stroke. METHODS: A total of 72 patients who suffered from advancing stroke within 72 hours after onset were randomly divided into treatment group (38 cases) and control group (34 cases). Treatment group were treated with both edaravone and sodium ozagrel, while control group were treated with ozagrel alone. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score and the functional independence measure (FIM) score were measured before treatment, 14th day and 1 month after treatment. RESULTS:Compared with before treatment, both NIHSS score and FIM score were improved markedly in 2 groups (P＜0.01). Compared with control group, improvement of FIM score and NIHSS score the treatment group were more significant (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION: Combined therapy of edaravone and sodium ozagrel is more effective than ozagrel alone in the treatment of advancing stroke.关键词
