Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the content determination of total flavonoids in Erzhi pills. METHODS: A colorimetric method was set up, and the wavelength of determination was set at 500 nm. RESULTS: The regression equation of total flavonoids was Y=0.427 5X+ 0.003 2 (r=0.999 6). The RSD of precision test, stability test, reproducibility test and recovery test were all less than 2％. CONCLUSION: The method is ac curate and reproducible for content determination of total flavonoids in Erzhi pills.关键词
