摘要

Abstract

The current situation of seepage observation of earth and rock-fill dams on permeable overburden layer in China was introduced.A comprehensive evaluation method for seepage observation plans was proposed based on technology, economy, efficiency, operation and environmental impact.Case study indicates that the proposed method comprehensively takes factors into account and is easy and convenient to use, and the conclusion is rational.
