摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapy of calcaneus comminuted fracture with calcaneus locking plate and bone grafting. Methods There were 21 cases including 12 male , 9 female ; the age were are between 24～78 years old and average was 42.5 years old. All the cases were all unilateral injury -8 left and 13 right. The cause of injury included 12 cases by high fall, 6 cases by traffic accident,3 cases oy fell downstairs(5 cases complicated with other injury). All the cases treated with calcaneus locking plate ana bone grafting. Results 18 cases follow-up studied 10～21 months and average 15.5 months. The fracture healing was in 7～14 weeks (11.4 weeks). No case was nonunion or delayed healed .The fracture pole was undisplaced. According the evaluation of Maryland Score , latest follow-up the injury side scores were 60～94(average 81.7),including 6 excellent cases (90～100),9 good cases (75～89),3 poor cases (50～74), good and excellent was 83.3％ . Conclusions Calcaneus locking plate and bone grafting show the advantage for treating calcaneus comminuted fracture: easy tc operate. reliable to fixation and early to ehabilitation affected extremity exercise, and is more fairly ideal method to treat such injury.关键词
