摘要

Abstract

EDNRB/EDN3/ECE - 1 signaling pathway plays an important role in the differentiation and migration of neural crest cells to form ganglion cells during embryonic development. Online bioinformatics tools and phylogenetic foot printing were used to analyze Hirschsprung' s disease associated EDNRB gene ' s promoter. The results showed that mouse EDNRB gene was mapped to chromosome 14, which encoded a protein consisting of 442 amino acids with a molecular weight 49430Da. 300bp around transcriptional start site might be promoter regions, which included a CpG island with a length of 1473bp. The promoter regions had two conserved sequences, which contained 33 same transcriptional factor binding sites.
