Abstract
Focus on the damed and the poverty of resources of small biological laboratory, Designed and implemented a solution base on server - client mode, which included biological sequence analysis,chip data analysis, statistical analysis of laboratory data and the electronic document services. This solution have applied in ESTs bulk annotation and the target sequence screen of molecule diagnosis of parasitosis. This solution can be deployed as a bioinformatics infrastructure in small laboratory.关键词
