Abstract
Objective To evaluate clinical value of combined application of Ligasure vessel sealing system and cuppy uterus - lifted equipment in laparoscopical hysterectomy. Methods 47 cases were given laparoscopical hysterectomy using cuppy uterus - lifted equipment and Ligasure between May to November in 2010. Results 47 cases were successfully completed, and the operation time was between 60 and 120 min with the average of 70 min. Blood loss was 20～80 mL with average loss of 50 mL. After operation one case suffered from pelvic abscess. Transvaginal pelvic abscess drainage and antibiotics were done, and the treatment was successful. No organ and vascular were damaged, and no abdominal wound were infected. Conclusion advanced laparoscopic surgical instruments make hysterectomy more convenient, fast, effective. Laparoscopical hysterectomy with uterus- lifted equipment and ligasure is suitable for wide clinical application.关键词
