摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the treatment of distal femoral fracture with a anatomical locking plate and internal fixation. Methods From Junary 2007to March 2009,3, 62 patients with distal femoral fracture were treated with a anatomical locking plate and internal fixation. These patients were followed up 10 to 24 months (mean 16 months) after the operation.Results According to the Merchan's criterion: the outcomes were excellent in 32 cases, good in 20 cases, fair in 7 cases and poor in 3 cases. The rate of excellent and good cases was 83.87％. Conclusion The treatment of distal femoral fracture with a locking plate and intemal fixation had an exact effect and satisfactory results. Early comprehensive functional exercise could improve the curative effect.关键词
