摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) on patients with intractable heart failure (IHF). Methods 30 cases with IHF were treated by CRRT. The clinical manifestations and the laboratory parameters including heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, urine volume, hepatojugular reflux sign, edema of lower extremity,cardiac functional classification, left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic dimension (LVEDd), cardiothoracic ratio (CTR), electrolyte, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) were observed before and after CRRT treatment. Results After CRRT,the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of the majority of the patients were improved. The left ventricle ejection fractions were increased, and heart function improved from Class Ⅳ to Ⅱ ～ Ⅲ.Conclusion CRRT can keep hemodynamics stable during removing excess water and it is an effective method to treat intractable heart failure.关键词
