Abstract
Objective To study the effects of prematura formula on preterm and/or very-low-birth-weight infant. Methods 53 preterm infants who were fed with prematura formula were observed, the birth weight regain dates and weight increasment rate were analyzed. Results The weight increasment rate of preterm was (16.04 ± 3.85) g/(kg·d), P＜0.05. t regain dates of preterm in observation group were (9.64 ± 3.98)days, P ＜ 0.05. Conclusions The usage of prematura formula corectely can make the weight of preterm infants reach an ideal goal. Timely and feasiblly fluid supplementation and inner circumstance maitaining are the key methods to shorten birth weight regain dates. Enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutritioncan ensure pursuit of growth early of preterm babies after birth.关键词
