摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nursing intervention on reducing pre-operation anxiety in patients with ocular trauma. Methods 220 patients with ocular trauma in the Fourth Hospital of China Affiliated to Medical University have received specific nursing intervention. Using self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) compare the anxiety level of pre-and post-intervention.Results After nursing intervention, the pre-intervention anxiety level of 220 patients with ocular trauma were significantly different with post-intervention (P = 0. 002). The anxiety level of enucleation patients were significantly higher than non-enucleation patients (P ＜ 0. 0001 ). Conclusion Pre-operation specific nursing intervention may decrease the anxiety level of patients with ocular trauma and encourage patients to keep a good attitude, with which they can actively cooperate with the treatment.关键词
