摘要

Abstract

This paper designs the techmological procedure of making the CA6140 lever spare parts and some special tongs.The primarily machining surface of CA6140 lever spare part is flat and bore,generally speaking,it is easier to guarantee the accuracy of the flat surface process than that of the bore,therefore,this design follows the principle that the surface is processed first and then the bore,and the process of flat surface and bore are divided into rough machining and precision finishing to guarantee the machining accuracy of the bore.The lever of 45 mm outside circle is chosen as rough basis and φ25 mm bore and its bottom surface as precise basis,the bottom is first processed out and fixed as position basis,and the bottom is used as the precise basis to machining the bore.The machine bed and special tongs are chosen to carry out the machining operations while the structure and size of the spare parts are considered.The part is clamped by hand.The tong structure design is simple and meets the actual application requirements.
