Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of full-field digital manunography and the value of the diagnosis of breast cancer in early stage. Methods The data of 52 cases of breast cancer in early stage confirmed both by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively for the X-ray findings. Results Among the 52 cases, 29 clearly showed the mass in mammography, 20 were characterized by calcification; 4 showed increased focal density and structural disorder; 3 showed dilated ducts; 6 showed invaginated nipple; 10 showed abnornal vessels, and 9 showed lymphadenhypertrophy in armpit. Conclusion Full-field digital mammography is of great value in the diagnosis of breast cancer in early stage and therefore, it is preferable in clinic for screening this disease.关键词
