摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)for the diagnosis of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP), to achieve early detection, early treatment and early to take care measures. Methods To investigate retrospectively 94 cases who were diagnosed VAP by clinical criteria from Jul 2003 to Jun 2008. CPIS were measured at the onset of VAP. Results Fifty six of 94 patients developed VAP. CPIS had a higher value in diagnosing VAP. Conclusions CPIS was proved to have higher clinic value in diagnosis of VAP and of high value. For clinical diagnosis and specialist care and guidance for the prevention.关键词
