水平井分段压裂裸眼封隔器的研究与应用
Research on open hole packer of staged fracturing technique in horizontal wells and its application

Abstract
Aiming at exploring low permeability gas reservoir Sulige using open hole completion and fracturing techniques in horizontal well efficiently, the corresponding equipment for staged fracturing technique in horizontal wells has been developed independently. The equipment was composed of hold-down packer, open hole packer, ball injection sliding sleeve, differential pressure sliding sleeve, setting ballseat and float shoe and guiding shoe. The open hole packer adopted expendable rubber sleeve structure, combining with hanger, ball inj ection sliding sleeve, differential pressure sliding sleeve and setting ballseat. It has the advantage of big differential pressure endure capacity, long hermetic segment and great sealing effect. The successful applied in 4 horizontal well in Sulige region indicated that this packer and the corresponding tool can fully meet the requirement of staged fracturing technical pipe string in horizontal well, and also provide the guarantee for successful operation of open hole completion and staged fracturing techniques in horizontal well.关键词
