人参皂苷对小鼠脾淋巴细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞免疫活性的影响
Ginsenoside Effects on Splenic Lymphocytes and Peritoneal Macrophage' Immunological Activity in Mice
摘要
Abstract
Explore the different concentrations of ethanol elution ginseng total saponins obtained various ginsenosides.Use these components to effect the mice splenic lymphocytes and abdominal macrophage' Immunological Activity.Apply MTT method and neutral red test to measure each component selvesor splenic lymphocytes value-added function and macrophage cell phagocytize neutral red fimction.The results showed that different ethanol concentrations of ginseng extract elute had varying degree of stimulating effects on mice splenic lymphocytes value-added function and macrophage cell neutral red ability within the test range, especially at 70 ％ ethanol elution of ginseng saponins components, the role was the strongest, suggesting 70 ％ ethanol elution ginseng total saponins are the saponins components with good immunity enhancement agent.关键词
