两产地石菖蒲挥发油中主成分及其含量的比较

Abstract
To study the principal constituents and their contents of volatile oil in rhizome of Acorus tatarinowii Schott in two producing areas ( Hunan Province and Anhui Province ).The volatile oil was extracted by using steam distillation.The constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.Seventeen and thirty constituents were separated from volatile oil in rhizome of Acorus tatarinowii Schott from the two production areas; eleven and twenty-one compounds were identified, respectively.The ratios of identification of total compounds were 91.419 % and 93.029 %, respectively.There are significant differences between the two varieties of volatile oil.关键词
