Abstract
Objective: To compare postoperative psychological reaction of transplant recipients between live donor kidneys ( LD) and cadaveric donor kidneys ( CD) . Methods : Postoperative psychological reaction of 61 LD recipients and 73 CD recipients were investigated and analyzed by using transplant effect questionnaire(TxEQ). Results: The score of psychological reaction of LD recipients was higher than that of CD recipients. Especially in three dimensions including remorse for donors, worrying about the transplanted organ and postoperative responsibility, there were significant statistical differences between LD and CD recipients(P＜O. 01). Gender,transplant time, education level, age and marital status have some influences on psychological reaction of renal transplant re'cipients. Conclusion: Different transplantation types led to different postoperative psychological reactions of recipients. Clinical nursing staff should evaluate postoperative psychological reaction of recipients and give them individualized nursing as early as possible.关键词
