低温环境放火器复合伤细菌感染的实验研究
Infection of firearm combined radiation wound in hypothermia environment

Abstract
Objective:To explore the development characteristics in the infection of firearm combined radiation wound in hypothermia environment. Methods: The healthy rabbits were divided randomly into firearm combined radiation wound (HFR) group and firearm wound (HF) group in hypothermia environment. After wounded 0, 4,8, 16 and 24 h, the body temperature, bacterium in wound tract and blood were detected. Results: After wound,the body temperature of HFR group rose persistently and obviously, and the quantity of bactermia in wound tract increased significantly compared with that of HF group (P <0.05, P <0.01 ) at the correspondings time point. In both HFR and HF groups, the invasion of intestinal flora and bacterial into the blood and the largest number of bacteria in blood were detected at 8 and 24 h respectively. Conclusion:In firearm combined radiation wound in hypothermia environment, bacteria proliferates rapidly. The infection occurs earlier and seriously. It is necessary for the complete debridement of the wound tract and the rational application of broad spectrum antibiotics.关键词
