摘要

Abstract

Activated carbon modified with CuO for removal of H2S from natural gas was prepared by impregnation. Effects of preparation conditions on the desulfurizing performances of CuO/AC desulfurizer were investigated. The optimum preparation conditions were determined as follows: active component Cu mass fraction of 5.0%, calcination temperature of 350℃ and calcination time of 1.0-2.0 h. The sulfur capacity of the desulfurizer prepared under the optimized conditions could reach 20.80%. When at a gas hourly space velocity of 600-800h-1, temperature of 20℃ and atmospheric pressure, the prepared desulfurizer showed better desulfuriztion effect than RGM from abroad.
