Abstract
This article introduces the ASN. 1 markup language and the basic encoding rule of BER. Combining with its application scenarios in international roaming CDRs ( call detail record) of the mobile communication, we explain in detail the design and implementation of ASN. 1 syntax compiler and BER encoder/decoder module which is applied to international roaming CDRs process systems of mobile communication.关键词
