不同地理居群野生菊资源的遗传多样性分析
Analysis of genetic diversity among different geographical populations of wild species of Dendranthema

Abstract
Genetie diversity among eleven populations of wild species of Dendranthema was analyzed by the molecular markers of ISSR and SRAP. The results showed that ISSR fingerprinting amplified by 25 ISSR primers revealed a total number of 203 unambiguous bands of which 187 ones were polymorphic and the polymorphism frequency was 91.9%; and SRAP fingerprinting amplified by 29 SRAP primer pairs revealed a total number of 446 unambiguous bands, of which 435 ones were polymorphic and the polymorphism frequency was 97.5%, which indicated a rich genetic diversity of wild species of Dendranthema;The genetic distances ranged from 0. 088 7 to 0. 615 5. The UPGMA dendrogram suggested that there was no significant relationship between the geographical distribution and genetic diversity ,and that it could separate D. japonense e( or it' s varieties )from D. zawadskii( or it's varieties).关键词
