Fracture toughness of the welding seam material of the welded box beam measured with strain method
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of the limited research methods for the measure of the fracture toughness of the welding seam material of the welded box beam in the hoisting and conveying machinery field, this paper performs the theoretical derivation with the fracture mechanics, material mechanics and numerical analysis theory, and obtains a new method for testing the fracture toughness of the welding seam material of the welded box beam, the strain method, which is then adopted to measure the fracture toughness of the welding seam material of the welded box beam made with the Q235 steel plate. This method provides better support for the study of the crack propagation, load limit and fracture judgment of the welded box beam.关键词
