国内外标准文献开放获取资源的分析
Analysis on Foreign and Domestic Standard Information Open Access Resource
摘要
Abstract
961 web portals of 1241 organizations from 60 countries standardization organizations and 51 international SDOs were investigated, translated, edited, arranged and statistics by the authors. 10869 copies of OA resource including pdf, html, txt and zip format documents had been downloaded. The type of OA resource contains: report, certification, standards and specifications( including handbooks, guides, drafts, and exposure draft) ,laws and regulations,catalog, books,journals,totally seven types. OA status and trend of these SDOs were also grasped in this article.关键词
