次郎果实发育期间主要营养成分动态变化研究
Changes of Main Nutritional Components during Fruit Development Period in Jiro Persimmon
摘要
Abstract
Using Jiro persimmon as experiment material, changes of main nutritional components were studied during fruit developmental stage.The growth pattern of single fruit weight showed a "S" curve.The content of soluble sugar experienced the rising trend during the fruit development period.The content of Vc first increased then decreased.The content of soluble protein presented the downward trend, and the decreasing degree increased with the increase of maturity.The trend of content of free amino acids was gentle from flowering and fruit bearing periods to fruit rapidly growth periods, when the fruit near upon maturity period the content of free amino acids increased straightly.关键词
