混合菌降解模拟聚乙烯醇(PVA)废水性能研究
Performance study on biodegradation simulated polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) wastewater

Abstract
PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) could be degraded by a bacterium named B07, which was screened out from the sludge of textile wastewater. The optimum degradation conditions of PVA were obtained by orthogonal experiments. Experiments were carried out at 35 C, pH 7 with the beef extract as the nitrogen source. The COD removal rate of PVA1799 simulated wastewater could reach 64 % after the reactions proceeded for 96 hours. The effects of polymerization and aleoholysis degree of PVA on its degradation performance were investigated by comparative studies. The results showed that higher polymerization and alcoholysis degree inhibited the PVA degradation efficiency. Compared with no pretreatment PVA, the degradation rate of PVA by BO7 increased 17% after Fenton pre-oxidation.关键词
