Reason Analysis on Speckle Segregation of EA4T Railway Locomotive Axles Steel
摘要
Abstract
The reason of speckle segregation in EA4T railway locomotive axles steel was analyzed by means of macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, process analysis and furnace number statistios, etc. The results showed that the speckle segregation was the alloy composition positive segregation, and the main reason was the improper smelting parameters including material granularity, temperature and taper of ingot moulds and molten steel superheat.关键词
