Abstract
The Jin'anqiao RCC gravity dam has a maximum height of 160 m and a maximum monolith length along the flow of 156 m. After analyzing the impacts of pouring without longitudinal joint and the transverse joint space on concrete thermal stress, concrete pouring without longitudinal joint is selected for dam construction, and for controlling upstream vertical cracks caused by thermal stress, short joints are set up in the upstream part of dam.关键词
