摘要

Abstract

The healthy 6-10 days-old post-natal Simmental and Simmental suffering from acute purulent endometritis were selected as control group and experimental group,respectively. The endometrial ultrastructure was observed by transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope to investigate the ultrastructural variation of endometrium in endometritis cow. In the experimental group,the part of endometrium was desquamate severely,even tunica muscularis uteri was exposed,the surface was accreted by tissular fragment,coccobacteria and bacilus. Stroma cell was damaged, organelle flowed over. Mitochondrion swelled in glandular cell. The quantity of mast cell(MC) granule decreased and vacuolization.Rough endoplasmic reticulum expanded in lymphocyte, macrophage cavitation nuclei, and much phagosome was discovered in intracytoplasm. In the control group,the surface was lightly damaged,but the structure of endometrium was integrity, MC granule were homogeneous distribution. The results indicated that endometrial cell was ischemia and hypoxia in endometritis, which means the dysaemia in part of uterus is not well,resulting in deficiencies of oxygen and nutritive material when endometritis happened,it caused endometrial barrier damage,hypoimmunity,and excessive multiplication of pathogenic bacteria.
