摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the mechanical properties and quality of ductile cast iron key component, porous plug pneumatic desulfurization technology was applied to the test which correlate with the hot metal temperature, the desulfurization agent dosage, blowing time, flow, pressure and the nodularizer etc.According to the related data from the test result, choose the corresponding desulphurization method applied to the production, the tensile strength of castings of cylinders,cylinder cover crankshaft etc, which were treat with low sulfur molten iron, was above 650 MPa,and the average was 681 MPa, about 10% highter than the block without desulphate(the average was 620 MPa).The percentage of eiongtation was above 2.5 %, and the average was 3.2 %, about 38% highter than the block without desulphate(the average was 2.3%).The result was applied successfully to the production of large iron key component, the mechanical property was improved,and the defective index was reduced significantly.
