Abstract
Ni-P/nano diamond electroless coating was prepared on steel material using electroless plating technology. The effect of diamond concentration and stirring speed on the microstructure and friction coefficient of composite coating were investigated. Research results show that under the same concentration, different stirring speeds have great influence on the appearance and performance of the composite coating, the friction coefficient of the composite coating reaches the minimum when the stirring speed was 200r/min, however, the friction coefficient increased when the speed was even higher. At certain stirring speed, the friction coefficient of the composite coating shows an earlier decreased and later raised state with increasing the diamond concentration, and it reaches the minimum when the diamond concentration was 10 g/L.关键词
