Abstract
Electrode regulator system is sensitive in the three phase unbalance by the coupling of the three phases, so it causes conventional single-phase controller maladjustment and repeated regulation. The control strategy with constant impedance with the feed-forward compensation was proposed to reduce three phase unbalance. First, the electric power system model was developed to test electrode regulator, which was based on the physical mechanism of arc and identification.Secondly, the electric characteristic of arc furnace was simulated in unbalance condition and coupling coefficient of the three phases was identified. Finally, the control system model based on the feed-forward compensation was constructed and simulated by Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results indicate that the decoupling controller with the feed-forward compensation can reduce the interactions better.关键词
