摘要

Abstract

According to practical production of 240 mm × 280 mm 0.45C steel billet in a certain factory, a mathematical model of solidification and heat transfer of square billet based on pinshooting and temperature measuring was established.The influences of casting speed, superheat and flow rate of secondary cooling on the continuous casting billet temperature and thickness of shell were analyzed.The results show that casting speed is the primary factor.With increasing casting speed by 0.1 m/min, surface temperature of billet raises by about 35 ℃ averagely, center temperature in radiation zone increases obviously, and the final stage of solidification shifts about 2.25 m backward.
