芍药苷微乳与芍药苷对大鼠佐剂性关节炎作用的比较
Comparison of effects of paeoniflorin microemulsion and paeoniflorin in rats with adjuvant arthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of paeoniflorin microemulsion ( Pae ME) and paeoniflorin (Pae) in rats with adjuvant arthritis (AA). Methods Freund's complete adjuvant (FCA) was used to induce AA in rats. Ar thrifts index and spleen index were recorded. Levels of IL-1 and IL-2 were measured by ELISA and the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes were measured by [ 3 H ] -TdR incorporation. Pathological changes in synovium of joint were observed by light microscope. Results Pae ME and Pae could alleviate the inflammation of joint at different degree and decrease the spleen index, the secretion of IL-1 and IL-2 level, T, B lymphocyte proliferation. The effect of Pae ME was better than Pae. Conclusion Pae ME and Pae can significantly inhibit the inflammation of AA rats. The curative effect of Pae ME is much better than Pae. As a new preparation form , Pae ME has good prospects for devel opment and application.关键词
