强直性脊柱炎患者血清Th1、Th2相关细胞因子表达水平的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the serum levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-12 ( IL-12), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interferon gamma-γ(IFN-γ) in 42 patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS) and 40 healthy control. To research the function of cytokines in the pathogenesis of AS. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA )was used to detected serum levels of IL-4,IL-12 ,TNF-o and IFN-γ. For the correlation analysis between the cytokines which had significantly difference and laboratory parameters or the BASDAI of AS patients. Results The serum levels of IL-4, IL-12 were higher in AS patients than that in healthy controls, and the serum levels of IL-4, IL-12 were significantly difference. The serum levels of TNF-α and IFN-γwere no statistically significantly difference. The serum levels of IL-4,IL-12 ,TNF-o and IFN-γ were higher in more active AS patients than that in inactive AS. However, the serum levels of IL-4,IFN-γ,TNF-o and IL-12 were no statistically significantly difference. There was only correlation between serum IL-4 and BASDAI, but there is no correlation with other parameters. Conclusion Increased serum IL-4 and IL-12 levels in AS patients suggests that those two cytokines may trigger the inflammatory process in AS.关键词
