强直性脊柱炎患者Th17/Treg相关细胞因子的研究
Level and significance of Th17/Treg related cytokines in patients with ankylosing spondylitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the content of Th1 7/Treg related cytokines of interleukin (IL) -2, IL-6, IL-10, IL 17 ,IL-23 and transfarming growth factor-β (TGF-β) in the serum from patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) compared with health control. To investigate these cytokines in the pathogenesis of AS and its relationships with clin ical features of AS. Methods Fifty patients with AS and forty-three healthy volunteers were recruited. Serum cyto kine levels were examined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The serum IL-6, IL-17 and IL-23 levels were significantly elevated in AS patients as compared with normal controls. Nevertheless, no associa tions of serum cytokines levels with clinical and laboratory parameters were found. Conclusion Serum IL-6, IL-17 and IL-23 levels elevate in AS patients,which may trigger the inflammatory process in AS.关键词
