摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the feature of diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) of orbital tumor, to evaluate the value of the DWI in the differential diagnosis of the malignant and innocence for the orbital tumor. Methods DWI was performed on 23 orbital tumor cases,the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) was measured with the data analyzed software. In all the cases,there were 22 cases with the pathologic diagnosis, 1 case in the diagnosis of venous aneurysm without pathologic diagnosis. Results The image of orbital tumor in DWI could meet the request of imaging. There are 11 orbital tumor with innocenced 0 cases confirmed by the pathologic diagnosis) ,the ADC was (1. 81 + 0. 45)×10-3 mm2/s, the signal of tumor gradually decrease from the b0 to b1000; There are 12 orbital tumor with innocence(all the cases confirmed by the pathologic diagnosis) , the ADC was (0. 79 + 0. 23)× 10-3 mm2/ s,the signal of tumor had no attenuation from the b0 to bl000. Conclusion DWI could supply more information for the imaging diagnosis of the orbital tumor,it also could help to distinguish the malignant or innocence for the orbital tumor.关键词
