高龄白内障患者2种小切口手术疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects and complications incidence of phacoemulsification(PNACO)and small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction on senility cataracts patients. Methods 561 cases' eyesight and complications incidence (taking the same patient do binoculus successively as two cases)that using phacoemulsification or small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction separately after 1,3 and 30 days were retrospected and compared. Results 253 cases used phacoemulsification and 308 cases used small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction. The two both got over 50％ in eyesight during 0.2～0.3 and it increase as time last;complications incidence rate of two groups with nuclear hardness less than or egual to Ⅲ were less than 10％,while complications incidence rate of PNACO group with nuclear hardness greater than or egual to Ⅳ had a little greater. Conclusion Nuclear hardness patients with nuclear hardness greater than or egual to Ⅳ , Ⅳ patients using small incision non-phacoemulsification,cataract extraction may have quick recovering in eyesight and less complications incidence.关键词
