冠心病患者疾病相关知识现状及影响因素的调查分析
Analysis of the status of disease-related knowledge and influencing factors in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To survey the status of diseas-related knowledge in patients with coronary heart disease and its influencing factors,in order to provide the basis for targeted health education. Methods All 74 patients with coronary heart disease from the second affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university from september to november in 2009 were included, and the patients were assessed by a self-designed questionnaire. Results Generally the patients had good related knowledge. The sources of their knowledge were wide,but 70％ subjects' knowledge was from the medical staff. The knowledge level was related to the level of education, age and income. There was a significant difference. Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the education of the patients and improve health education.关键词
