双黄连注射剂不良反应及其影响因素回顾性调查
Retrospective investigation of ADR caused by shuanghuanglian injection and influential factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the incidence rates, types and influential factors of adverse drug reactions (ADR) of shuanghuanglian injection, to provided the scientific evidence for the safety evaluation of shuanghuanglian injection and guide application in clinical. Methods The patients used shuanghuanglian injection were investigated by cluster sampling, and the ADR of shuanghuanglian injection and influential factors were analyzed by case retrospective study. Results The incidence rate of ADR was 2.56 ％, the main ADR of shuanghuanglian injection was allergic reactions. The ADR rate in male was significantly higher than that in female(P＜0.05). The medication days,medication dosage and drug combination had significant influence(P＜0.05). Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to rational medication in clinical to decrease the incidence rate of ADR and to improve security of use of drug.关键词
