摘要

Abstract

In order to test the radial and axial runout of automobile wheel rim online, a measurement and control system based on the industrial PC is designed. In this system, the specific structure of the detection machine and rapid detection method of runout is presented. Data acquisition card PCL-818LS is used to acquire the data of wheel rim positioning, clamping control and runout of wheel rim. Programming of this control software is finished with VB6.0, and Access2003 is used as the storage database to automatically record the various detection data of wheel rim, with statistical analysis and printing function. The detection accuracy of the system can reach 0.01 mm with a detection time of 10 s, which is suitable for rapid online detection of the runout of automobile wheel rim with the popularization and application value.
